Julien Dumoulin-Smith is a managing director in Americas Equity Research covering US

Power, Utilities, Clean Energy and LNG, based in Houston. Mr. Dumoulin-Smith received the

prestigious ‘Hall of Fame’ award from Institutional Investor magazine in 2021; he

continues to receive #1 designations in both the Utilities and Clean Energy categories of

the Institutional Investor polls. Previously, he was an executive director at UBS in a

similar role. Mr. Dumoulin-Smith has a BS in applied math and an MBA, both from Columbia

University. He is both a CAIA and CFA Charterholder. Mr. Dumoulin-Smith is a native New Yorker,
