Andrew is NorthWestern Energy’s Director of Transmission Market Strategy and FERC Compliance Officer where he oversees transmission growth, analytics, markets, operations, compliance and FERC policy for NorthWestern’s transmission business.  Mr. McLain’s two decades of experience in the energy space spans law practice in the public and private sectors in Washington D.C. as well as over a decade of utility experience in the West.  He holds a JD from Vermont Law School and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
