Kelsey Martinez is the Director of Regional Markets and Transmission Strategy at Public Service Company of New Mexico. She concentrates on Western markets and RTO evolution. 

Prior to 2022, Ms. Martinez was the System Operations Manager at PNM for five years, with an additional five years of system operator experience in both the BA and the transmission functions.  She has an educational background in Energy Management and physics.
