Mark Milburn has over 30 years of experience in the power industry, focused on the development, design and construction of fossil and renewable generation and high voltage transmission projects. 

Since joining LS Power in 2001, he has led the development of numerous projects, and currently oversees the development of major renewable and transmission projects in the Western U.S. 

Prior to LS Power, Mr. Milburn was a power engineering consultant and worked at firms including Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonnell, and TÜV Energy Services.

Mr. Milburn holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a registered Professional Engineer.
